  • 20 members of the SDEWES International Scientific Committee were listed among the 2% most influential scientists in the world today in the updated list for citation year 2020. The list has been made and updated by a group of researchers from Stanford University led by professor John Ioannidis. They surveyed 100,000 top scientists using Scopus database and classified them into 22 scientific fields and 176 sub-fields.
“We have created a publicly available database that provides standardized information on citations, h-index, co-authorship adjusted hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions and a composite indicator”, the authors explained.
Separate data are shown for career-long and single year impact and can be browsed here.
SDEWES Centre proudly congratulates to our ISC members for this important achievement.
